Leyla 1983 Clubman.

Hi all, Name is Matthew, here is my 1983 Clubman, as i bought her, she was registered as a 1275cc 1975. but upon further inspection it appeared the she had +0.5 pistons in making her a 1293cc and all the componants with numbers see her as 1983. Running with a Hif44 carbon i had to change the exhaust system to a medium bore which made a big difference. She is not a GT I just like the sound of it. The day i bought her travelling back form the guys her windshield exploded just as i took the turn off... i had to drive ACE VENTURA style for about 5km home lol

Modifications:

Vw Radiator
Vw Front disk brakes
Custom Parcel shelf / Dash and Centre Consol
Hilos in front only so far.
Hif44 Carb
Various engine bits changed to Carbon Fiber. more to come.....
Medium Bore exhaust / Half Box cowley in rear

currently being bore out to 1310cc / Road fast cam / Flat head pistons....
